You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take pride in product quality and presentation. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We’ll resolve the issue promptly and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns on:

  • Used Personal care or beauty products (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases); Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

Exchanges

If you'd like a different item, the quickest method is to return your current product (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you're located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must still be in their original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
